The Cottage

This charming detached cottage is stone and brick built and sleeps up to 6.

The accommodation is approached through an oak framed porch which leads into a generous hall and adjacent cloakroom. The spacious kitchen is light and airy and is well appointed with under floor heating and a convivial dining area.

Also on the ground floor is a south facing sitting room which is very comfortably furnished and has a log burner for cosy evenings. There is also a snug with a comfy sofa which provides a perfect retreat. You will find plenty of maps, guides, books and games and DVD’s.

On the first floor is a master bedroom with a super king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two further twin rooms one of which has zip and link beds which can on request provide an additional super king-size bed. There is also a family bathroom.

All the beds have bespoke handmade mattresses and high quality linen to ensure you have a very comfortable night’s sleep.

The Terrace

The south facing terrace and lawn, with views over a meadow and orchard, is a perfect place to relax.

Local Art

The cottage features a number of paintings by the renowned local artist Penny Timmis.
